- 2 1/2 c. dry corkscrew macaroni
- 1 c. carrots, cut in matchstick strips
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 c. broccoli
- 1 1/2 c. cauliflower
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can broccoli cheese soup
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1In saucepan, prepare macaroni.

2Add vegetables for last 5 minutes of cooking time.

3Drain.

4In same pan, stir soup into cream cheese.

5Add milk, mustard, cheese and pepper.

6Over low heat, heat until cream cheese is melted, stirring often.

7Add macaroni.

8Heat through, stirring occasionally.
