  • 1 can peas, drained
  • 1 to 2 stalks celery, sliced thin
  • 1 large onion, sliced thin
  • 1 little pimento (for color)
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • salt and pepper
