Vegetable Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can LeSueur peas
  • 1 (16 oz.) can Green Giant cut green beans
  • 1 (12 oz.) can Green Giant white corn
  • 3/4 c. chopped celery
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1/2 c. white vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Drain and mix peas, green beans and corn.

    Add celery and onion.

    Mix the following in a pan and bring to boil: salad oil, white vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.

    After bringing to a boil, remove from heat and let cool 5 minutes.

    Pour over vegetables and refrigerate overnight.

    Drain before serving.
