Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can LeSueur peas
- 1 (16 oz.) can Green Giant cut green beans
- 1 (12 oz.) can Green Giant white corn
- 3/4 c. chopped celery
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Drain and mix peas, green beans and corn.

2Add celery and onion.

3Mix the following in a pan and bring to boil: salad oil, white vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.

4After bringing to a boil, remove from heat and let cool 5 minutes.

5Pour over vegetables and refrigerate overnight.

6Drain before serving.
