Ingredients

  • 1 (14 to 15 oz.) can French-style green beans
  • 1 (14 to 15 oz.) can party peas
  • 1 (7 oz. or less) jar pimentos
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. oil

Directions

    Combine beans, peas and pimentos.

    Add chopped pepper, onion and celery.

    Mix together sugar, vinegar and oil and pour over vegetables and let stand overnight in refrigerator.
