  • 2 cans French-style green beans, drained
  • 2 cans peas, drained
  • 4 stalks celery, chopped fine
  • 1 large onion, chopped fine or chunked
  • 2 small jars pimentos, drained
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 1/2 c. vinegar

Directions

    Mix all vegetables together. Mix the sugar, oil and vinegar. Pour over vegetables. Marinate 24 hours. Pour off liquid. This keeps in the refrigerator several days if covered.
