  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 cans French-cut string beans do not drain
  • 1 can very small English peas, drained
  • 1/2 onion, slivered
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 7 1/2 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced
  • small jar pimento

    Put vegetables in bowl.

    Mix vinegar, oil and sugar.

    Marinate at least 24 hours.
