Ingredients
- 1 can Shoepeg corn
- 1 can small green peas
- 1 can French green beans
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 oz. pimientos
- 1/4 c. chopped green bell peppers
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 c. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Drain corn, peas and beans.

2Then mix peppers, celery and pimientos with first mixture.

3Bring to boil the oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.

4Pour over vegetables; mix well.

5Chill and serve.

6Keeps for weeks.
