  • 1/2 c. cooked peas
  • 1/4 c. rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. each: powdered mustard and salt
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
