- 1 can Shoepeg corn
- 1 can small green peas
- 1 can French green beans
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 oz. pimentos
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1 cup sugar
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions

1Drain corn, peas and beans.

2Then mix green pepper, celery and pimentos with corn, peas, and beans.

3Bring to a boil the oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.

4Pour over vegetables.

5Mix well. Chill and Serve.
