- 2 cups white flour
- 2 teaspoons corn flour
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup cauliflower chopped
- 1/2 cup potato chopped
- 2 teaspoons nut fried ground
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds whole, jeera
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- salt to taste
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup oil for frying
Directions

1Mix all the ingredients the white flour, corn flour, oil, salt and water to make a soft dough. Cover and set aside.

2Pour the 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan over heat. Add the whole jeera, cauliflower, potato, fried ground nut, and spices and fry well. Cover the pan above low heat, up to 10 minutes.

3Form the dough into a ball, flatten, and roll out into a circle. Cut it into two equal pieces. Form each into a cone shape with your finger. Fill the cone with the prepared mixture and press the two dampened edges together to seal the top of the cone.

4Fry the samosa in the heated oil till golden brown. Remove from oil and drain on a paper towel.
