- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. grated bell pepper
- 1 medium, grated onion
- 1/4 c. grated cucumber
- 3/4 c. grated carrot
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Grate all vegetables and drain separately on paper towels. Combine other ingredients; beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, salt and lemon juice until creamy.

2Add vegetables and mix.

3Refrigerate overnight.

4Make sandwiches when ready to serve.
