  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. chopped chives
  • 1/3 c. cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped

    Blend in sour cream, chives and cucumbers.

    Store in airtight container in refrigerator.

    To serve, pour sauce over cooked vegetables while they are hot.
