- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 small tomatoes, sliced
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
- 2 c. seasoned croutons
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1In 1 1/2-quart square casserole, layer half of the zucchini, onion, tomatoes, chilies and croutons, seasoned with salt and pepper.

2Repeat layers.

3Cover and cook 10 to 12 minutes.

4Add cheese and cook 1 to 2 minutes until cheese melts.
