- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. milk
- 4 egg whites
- 1 c. finely chopped cooked vegetables: carrots, green beans, green pepper, corn, etc.
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Heat oven to 325°.

2Gently stir flour and seasonings into mayonnaise; do not overmix.

3Slowly stir in milk, then vegetables. Beat egg whites until stiff.

4Gently fold into mayonnaise mixture until thoroughly blended.

5Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart souffle dish.

6Bake in a 325° oven for 40 minutes, or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.

7Serve at once.
