- 1 lb. stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 large can whole tomatoes, mashed with juice
- 2 large bags frozen vegetables of your choice
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Directions

1In large pot, brown meat in oil; add enough water to cover. Add tomatoes; simmer, covered, 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.

2Add vegetables and seasonings.

3Cook 30 to 40 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
