  • 2 pods hot pepper
  • 2 gal. tomatoes
  • 16 ears corn
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1 c. carrots
  • 2 c. lima beans
  • 2 c. okra
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. salt
  • 1/2 c. vinegar

Directions

    Peel tomatoes and cut in small pieces.

    Cut corn from cob. Dice peppers, celery, carrots and okra.

    Combine all ingredients and cook in a large pot for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.

    Cook at low heat.

    Pour in jars and pressure at 10 pounds for 15 minutes.
