- 3 1/2 c. water
- 2 beef, chicken or vegetable bouillon cubes
- 2 carrots, thinly sliced
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 c. potatoes, cubed
- dash of pepper
- 3 large stalks celery, sliced
- 1/8 head cabbage, shredded
- 1 c. canned tomatoes
- 1 small onion, chopped
Directions

1Bring water to a boil and add bouillon cubes, garlic powder and pepper.

2Add onions, celery, carrots and cabbage.

3Boil gently and add potatoes.

4Continue to boil until vegetables are tender.

5Add tomatoes.

6Cook gently just until heated through.
