Ingredients
- 1 lb. stew beef
- 1/4 c. bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, diced
- 2 c. water
- 1 large potato, diced
- 1/2 c. celery, diced
- 1 pt. tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook beef in water until tender.

2Combine butter and flour in saucepan.

3Add water gradually cooking until slightly thickened. Simmer all vegetables and salt and pepper for about 20 minutes. Combine all ingredients together and simmer for 10 more minutes on low heat.

4Yields approximately 6 servings.
