Easy Shrimp Fried Rice

- 1 lb large shrimp (without shell and cleaned)
- 1 box instant rice (all 4 bags)
- 2/3 cup frozen peas
- 1/4 cup clam juice
- 1/4 cup green onions
- 2/3 cup frozen carrots
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Directions

1In a large pot bring 8 cups of water to a boil, add rice and cook following directions on box

2drain rice and set aside

3add olive oil to large skillet add onions and pepper let simmer for 3 mins then add shrimp

4cook shrimp 5 mins then add veggies cook 5 mins longer

5add rice to shrimp mix and soy sauce to rice and mix

6for spicy rice add 1tablespoon on chillie sauce (your choice)
