Easy Shrimp Fried Rice

  • 1 lb large shrimp (without shell and cleaned)
  • 1 box instant rice (all 4 bags)
  • 2/3 cup frozen peas
  • 1/4 cup clam juice
  • 1/4 cup green onions
  • 2/3 cup frozen carrots
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

    In a large pot bring 8 cups of water to a boil, add rice and cook following directions on box

    drain rice and set aside

    add olive oil to large skillet add onions and pepper let simmer for 3 mins then add shrimp

    cook shrimp 5 mins then add veggies cook 5 mins longer

    add rice to shrimp mix and soy sauce to rice and mix

    for spicy rice add 1tablespoon on chillie sauce (your choice)
