- 1 1/2 lb. boneless stew meat, cut into small pieces
- 2 to 3 potatoes, cut up
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. fresh or frozen okra
- 1 c. corn
- 1 can tomatoes, crushed
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook meat in Dutch oven with water for about 1 hour.

2Add all of the ingredients and enough water until the desired consistency is reached.

3Cook for another 45 minutes to 1 hour, until potatoes are tender.
