Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. pitted prunes
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. dried apricots
- 1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 c. walnuts, chopped
- 1 c. water
- 1 (29 oz.) can peach halves, drained
- 3 pears, cored
- 3 oranges, peeled and sectioned
- 3 bananas, sliced
Directions

1Cut prunes and apricots into bite size pieces.

2Combine sugar and water in a saucepan; bring to a boil.

3Add prunes and apricots; remove from heat.

4Cover and let soak 4 hours.

5Drain. Place in a large bowl.

6Cut peaches and pears into bite size pieces.

7Combine all ingredients, except bananas.

8Chill.

9Add bananas just before serving.

10Spoon into fruit dishes and serve. May top with a small spoonful of whipped cream.
