  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans Del Monte Italian stewed tomatoes
  • 2 (13 3/4 oz.) cans beef broth
  • 1 (17 oz.) can mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 c. uncooked, medium egg noodles
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano

Directions

    In a large pot, brown meat with onion.

    Drain.

    Add salt and pepper.

    Stir in remaining ingredients.

    Bring to a boil.
