- 2 c. tomato juice
- 6 tsp. bouillon
- 1/2 c. butter
Directions

1Wash the vegetables.

2Cut and put in a big pot.

3Add water and tomato juice; boil.

4Simmer 30 minutes.

5Add bouillon and butter. Simmer 30 minutes more.
