  • vegetables (carrots, celery, potatoes, green peppers and more)
  • 6 c. water
  • 2 c. tomato juice
  • 6 tsp. bouillon
  • 1/2 c. butter

Directions

    Wash the vegetables.

    Cut and put in a big pot.

    Add water and tomato juice; boil.

    Simmer 30 minutes.

    Add bouillon and butter. Simmer 30 minutes more.
