- 16 ears corn, cut off cob
- 6 large onions, chopped
- 4 bell peppers, chopped
- 2 c. butter beans (precooked)
- 1 1/2 c. okra, cut up
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. salt
- 1/3 c. vinegar
Directions

1Mix all ingredients.

2Cook 15 minutes in dishpan.

3Put in jars and seal.
