  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 c. celery, cut up
  • 2 large carrots, diced
  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 1 can large tomatoes or 6 fresh tomatoes
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 c. mixed vegetables
  • salt to taste
