  • 1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1 1/2 c. reduced calorie sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. garden vegetable dip mix
  • 2 tsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/3 c. coarsely chopped radishes
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onion

    In medium bowl, stir together all ingredients.

    Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.

    Serve with crackers, rye bread, fresh vegetable dippers or serve in a hollowed out bread bowl or bell pepper.
