  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 c. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c. plain yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp. dill weed
  • dash of soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. sweet paprika
  • 6 c. chopped veggies (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, cabbage, peppers, cherry tomatoes, zucchini)
  • 4 c. raw noodles
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 6 scallions, minced
