- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 c. white wine
- 4 eggs, beaten
- Parmesan or Romano cheese
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
Directions

1Fry bacon.

2In a separate pan, brown garlic with olive oil on low heat.

3Add bacon, basil and wine to garlic mixture when garlic is lightly browned.

4In another large serving bowl, add beaten eggs, cheese, parsley and salt and pepper.

5Cook spaghetti; drain and put on top of egg mixture.

6Stir well.

7Add garlic mixture. Serves 4.
