- 1 oz Cream cheese
- 1/2 stick Carrot
- 1/2 stick Celery
- 1 pinch Salt
Directions

1Bring cream cheese up to room temperature.

2Trim the edges of the bread and remove the crust.

3Use a rolling pin and roll the slices of bread flat.

4Spread 1/2 a ounce of cream cheese on each slice of the bread.

5Cut celery and carrots into very long thin slices.

6Add the sliced vegetables and a pinch of salt to the bread and roll.
