  • 2 slice Bread
  • 1 oz Cream cheese
  • 1/2 stick Carrot
  • 1/2 stick Celery
  • 1 pinch Salt

    Bring cream cheese up to room temperature.

    Trim the edges of the bread and remove the crust.

    Use a rolling pin and roll the slices of bread flat.

    Spread 1/2 a ounce of cream cheese on each slice of the bread.

    Cut celery and carrots into very long thin slices.

    Add the sliced vegetables and a pinch of salt to the bread and roll.

    Trim the edges of the vegetables then it cut rolls into 4 sections.
