- 16 oz. cream cheese
- 1 jar hot salsa
- 1 jar medium salsa
- 1 c. medium Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 3/4 c. chopped mushrooms
- 3/4 c. shaved carrots
- 3/4 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped tomato
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
Directions

1Soften cream cheese and mix it with hot salsa.

2Put into serving dish and refrigerate to set.

3Top with medium salsa and spread it over cream cheese mixture.

4Mix all vegetables and put on top of medium salsa.

5Sprinkle cheese on top of vegetables. Use as dip with taco chips.
