- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tsp. chopped chives
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen Brussels sprouts
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen whole kernel corn
- 3 tomatoes, cut in wedges
- 1/2 c. chicken stock
Directions

1Melt butter in a large skillet.

2Add garlic, chives and pepper.

3Cook for 5 minutes. Arrange 2 1/2 packages Brussels sprouts in circle in skillet beginning at outer edge.

4Add corn within circle of Brussels sprouts.

5Place tomatoes in next circle. Add remaining Brussels sprouts in center of tomatoes.

6Pour stock over vegetables.

7Cook covered over low heat for 25 minutes or until tender.
