- 1 c. cucumbers, diced
- 1 c. cold water
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Saute onions in oil for 1 minute.

2Add cucumbers; cook another minute.

3Remove vegetables from pan.

4Combine soy sauce, cornstarch and water.

5Cook until thick.
