- 8 oz. linguine
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil, divided
- 1 bunch fresh broccoli, cut up
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. basil leaves
Directions

1Cook linguine according to package directions. While linguine is cooking, saute garlic and mushrooms in 1/4 cup oil in a large skillet.

2Add broccoli, salt, basil and remaining 1/4 cup oil. Saute until vegetables are crisp-tender. Toss with cooked linguine and serve.
