- 1 can dark red kidney beans
- 1 can light red kidney beans
- 1 can white kidney beans
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 large green pepper
- 1 bunch scallions
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- onion powder
- black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions

1Combine olive oil, onion, green pepper, scallions and tomato in large pot.

2Cook until brown (approximately 5 minutes).

3Add beans and tomato sauce.

4Add spices to taste.

5Cover and bring to boil. Turn down heat and simmer for 2 hours.
