- 1 medium head cauliflower
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/4 to 1/3 c. flour
- 3 c. chicken broth
- 2 c. homogenized milk
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.)
- parsley
Directions

1Cook cauliflower in water until barely tender.

2Drain and chop coarsely.

3Saute onions in margarine until tender.

4Add flour, chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce and cook until thickened. Add milk and let come to a boil.

5Add parsley and cheese.

6Ready to serve when cheese has melted.

7Add chopped cauliflower before adding cheese.
