Ingredients
- 1 large head bok choy
- 3 medium-size carrots
- 1 medium-size brown onion
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 medium cabbage
- 1 stalk green onion
- 1 tsp. Adobo all-purpose seasoning
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Directions

1Wash and shred bok choy and cabbage with sharp knife.

2Peel, wash and shred carrots on a grater.

3Cut up green and brown onions and add with black pepper, all-purpose seasoning and salt to shredded vegetables.

4Cover and leave to season for 20 minutes. Then heat oil in saucepan until very hot.

5Throw vegetables into heated oil in saucepan and stir until cooked.

6Do not cover while cooking.

7Cook for 5 minutes.

8Serve with white rice.
