- 1 large onion
- 1 to 2 bell peppers
- 1 to 2 cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 glove garlic
- 1 to 2 tsp. cumin
- 1 can green chilies
- 1 can sliced black olives
- 1 large sour cream
- 12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. flour tortillas
Directions

1Finely chop onions and bell peppers; saute.

2Add stewed tomatoes, chopped chilies and chopped garlic.

3Add cumin to taste. Cook down until thick.

4Roll mixture into flour tortillas.

5Add olives and 1 to 2 spoons sour cream and Cheddar cheese to each tortilla.

6Place tortillas in a pan; pour any remaining sauce over them.

7Top with shredded cheese and bake at 350° until bubbly.
