  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 sausage patties, chopped fine
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 cups vegetable stock (cubes)
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 1 tbsp worcheshire sauce
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper
