- 8 ounces lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
- 2 lbs ricotta cheese
- 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and drained well
- 1 egg
- 26 ounces spaghetti sauce
- 12 cup parmesan cheese
Directions

1Combine ricotta, spinach (make sure all water has been squeezed out), egg.

2Spread each noodle with mixture.

3Roll up.

4Place in greased 13 X 9 inch pan.

5Cover with spaghetti sauce.

6Cover loosely with foil.

7Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

8Remove foil.

9Sprinkle with parmesan.

10Cook an additional 10 minutes.

11To make ahead assemble as directed and refrigerate before cooking.

12You will need to add additional cooking time, however.
