Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. ground walnuts
  • 2 c. oatmeal
  • 1/2 c. wheat germ
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 4 to 5 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 4 large red onions, chopped fine
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped fine
  • 3 Tbsp. parsley, chopped fine
  • 1 c. favorite vege-meat
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 3 to 4 c. gravy (to cover meatballs)

    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.

    Form into balls of desired size and place in casserole dish.

    Cover with 3 to 4 cups of cream gravy and bake in 350° oven for 40 minutes.
