Frosted Chews

   Place sugar and corn syrup in saucepan.

   Stir to combine. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until it boils.

   Remove from heat at very first sign of boiling.

   Add peanut butter and mix well.

   Add cereal and stir until coated.

   Press mixture evenly into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Cool.

   Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips together in double boiler or put in microwave for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.

   Spread over bars.

    Can substitute Rice Krispies for cereal.
