  • 4 c. egg substitute
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 c. chopped mushrooms, sauteed
  • 1 c. chopped vegetarian strips
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. green peppers
  • 1 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce

Directions

    Put a little oil in skillet.

    Pour in egg substitute and let harden a little.

    Combine the rest of the ingredients, except the spaghetti sauce.

    Pour into semi-soft eggs.
