- 1 c. chopped mushrooms, sauteed
- 1 c. chopped vegetarian strips
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. green peppers
- 1 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Put a little oil in skillet.

2Pour in egg substitute and let harden a little.

3Combine the rest of the ingredients, except the spaghetti sauce.
