  • 1 tablespoon milk

    Crack 2 eggs and put a tablespoon of milk into a jug and whisk

    Cook your vegetables using a frying pan on the hob of the oven. You will need to add a few sprays of olive oil into the pan to ensure the vegetables do not burn.

    In another pan spray some more olive oil and pour in the mixture.

    Add you vegetables onto the mixture in the pan

    Cook your omelette until firm, make sure to flip the omelette over to ensue both sides are fully cooked.
