  • A whole load of Veggies of choice
  • Tamari Sauce, to taste
  • Sm amount Cheddar Cheese, grated
  • 3 Eggs
  • Fistful of Wheatgerm
  • 12 Whole Almonds
  • Mashed Potatoes(to line tin)
  • A little Milk

    1. Saute a whole pile of veggies in Olive Oil (or butter)

    2. Beat 3 Eggs, lightly with a little milk and grated cheese

    3. Line Deep Pie Dish with Mashed Potatoes

    4. Add Cottage Cheese to cover bottom
  5. 5
    5. Put Veggies on top
  6. 6
    6. Pour egg mixture all over
  7. 7
    7. Sprinkle wheatgerm and arrange Almonds over top
  8. 8
    8. Cook at 350 for approx. 45 mins
