- Fistful of Wheatgerm
- 12 Whole Almonds
- Mashed Potatoes(to line tin)
- A little Milk

11. Saute a whole pile of veggies in Olive Oil (or butter)

22. Beat 3 Eggs, lightly with a little milk and grated cheese

33. Line Deep Pie Dish with Mashed Potatoes

44. Add Cottage Cheese to cover bottom

66. Pour egg mixture all over

77. Sprinkle wheatgerm and arrange Almonds over top
