  • 4 lb. dry pinto beans
  • 3 yellow onions
  • 5 stalks celery
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 10 cloves garlic
  • 15 chili peppers (assorted types: Fresno, long green, jalapeno, depending on how hot you like the beans)
  • 1 large can tomatoes
  • 1 large can tomato sauce
  • 1 large bunch cilantro
