- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 12 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon bouillon (not beef)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 14 cup wheat flour
- 2 eggs
- olive oil
Directions

1Mix together protein and spices.

2Pour boiling water over mixture and let stand for 5 minutes or until water is absorbed.

3Stir in flour and eggs.

4Heat Olive oil over medium heat in a skillet.
