  • 1/2 can vegetarian dinner steaks, diced
  • 2 c. precooked noodles
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 4 to 5 c. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2/3 c. grape juice

Directions

    Glaze onions and mushrooms sprinkled sparingly with paprika. Add diced burger steak and Parmesan cheese.

    Cook under low heat for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring.

    Add grape juice; simmer on low for 10 minutes.

    Add sour cream, warm gently and serve.
