- 2 lb. tofu
- 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- nutritional yeast
- Vegesal
- Italian herb blend
- tomato sauce
Directions

1Cook the stuffing shells until tender.

2Stuff with crumbled tofu seasoned with Mozzarella, yeast, Vegesal and herbs.

3Put shells into a baking dish lined with tomato sauce.

4Top with additional cheese and sauce.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
