- 1 onion
- 1 green bell peppers or 1 red bell pepper
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups salsa
- 1/2 cup rice, uncooked
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions

1soak beans overnight.
