- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. powdered vegetable broth
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Have cooked grits as dry as possible.

2Add the following sauce and serve immediately when well browned.

3Add broth, soy sauce and water to oil.

4Boil 1 minute.

5Add cooked grits and cook until well browned.

6Stir constantly.

7Serve hot with vegetables.
